摘要
综述了高氨氮废水的来源与水质特征,分析了抗生素、芳香族化合物、盐度和重金属等典型污染物对Anammox的影响,包括脱氮性能的变化、Anammox污泥(菌)结构的变化、功能微生物的群落结构和丰度的变化、微生物的基因的变化等。分析了Anammox用于处理实际高氨氮废水的研究。展望了在典型污染物影响Anammox的研究上需要完善的一些问题,以期为Anammox应用在高氨氮废水的处理上提供帮助。
This paper summarizes the sources and water quality characteristics of wastewater with high ammonia nitrogen,and analyzes the effects of typical pollutants such as antibiotics,aromatic compounds,salinity and heavy metals on Anammox,including the changes of nitrogen removal performance,the structure of Anammox sludge(bacteria),the community structure and abundance of functional microorganisms,and the genes of microorganisms.The study of Anammox for the treatment of actual wastewater with high ammonia nitrogen was also analyzed.The prospects were given for some problems that need to be improved in the study of the influence of typical pollutants on Anammox,in order to provide help for the application of Anammox in the treatment of wastewater with high ammonia nitrogen.
