摘要
目的 对5种唇形科植物东紫苏(Elsholtzia bodinieri)、野拔子(Elsholtzia rugulosa)、密花香薷(Elsholtzi adensa)、大黄药(Elsholtzia penduliflora)、石香薷(Mosla chinensis)挥发油成分及其抗流感病毒活性研究。方法 采用气质联用方法,结合NIST5.0标准谱库,对水蒸气蒸馏法提取得到的5种唇形科植物挥发油成分进行比较分析,并利用A/WSN/33/2009(H1N1)病毒感染犬肾细胞(MDCK)细胞,对5种唇形科植物挥发油进行抗流感病毒活性评价。结果 不同唇形科植物检出的主要挥发性物质的种类和相对含量有所差异。从5种唇形科植物挥发油中共检测出相对含量大于0.50%的挥发性成分105种,包含萜烯类、烷烃类、醛类、醚类、醇类、酮类、酸类、酯类等,其中萜烯类和烷烃类物质含量最高,占总挥发性成分的32.40%~72.50%。体外抗流感病毒活性实验显示,这5种唇形科植物挥发油都具有一定的抗流感病毒活性。其中,密花香薷的抗流感活性最强,对流感病毒A/WSN/33(H1N1)的抑制率达(44.43±1.30)%。结论 挥发油是唇形科植物的重要药效成分,分析5种唇形科植物挥发油活性成分的主要化学组成及抗流感病毒活性,为进一步开发研究提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical composition and anti-influenza activity of the essential oils from five species of Labiatae(Elsholtzia bodinieri, Elsholtzia rugulosa, Elsholtzia densa, Elsholtzia penduliflora, Mosla chinensis).METHODS GC-MS combined with NIST5.0 standard spectrum library was employed to analyze the volatile oils of five species of Labiatae by steam distillation. MDCK cells were infected with A/WSN/33/2009(H1 N1) virus, and the anti-influenza virus activity of the volatile oil components from five Labiatae plants was evaluated. RESULTS There are differences in the types and relative contents of the main volatile components detected from different species of Labiatae. A total of 105 volatile components with a relative content of more than 0.50% were detected from five species of Labiatae, including terpenes, hydrocarbons, aldehydes, ethers, alcohols, ketones, acids, esters, etc. The contents of terpenes and alkanes are the highest, accounting for 32.40%-72.50% of the total volatile components. Anti-influenza virus experiments show that the volatile oil components of the five Labiatae plants all have a certain anti-influenza activity. Among which Elsholtzia densa has the strongest anti-influenza activity, and the inhibition rate to influenza virus A/WSN/33(H1 N1) reached(44.43±1.30)%. CONCLUSION Volatile oil is an important medicinal component of Labiatae plants. The main chemical components of the volatile oil from five species of Labiatae plants are analyzed to provide scientific reference for further research.
