传统药学服务与“互联网+药学服务”中的用药指导现状及患者需求分析

Current Situation of Medication Instruction and Patients′ Need Analysis During Pharmaceutical Service Between Traditional Model and “Internet Plus” Model

目的 探索如何科学地设计电子化用药指导方案,以弥补互联网诊疗过程中“窗口用药交代”环节的缺失,促进患者安全合理用药。方法 设计“用药指导的需求及意向”调查问卷,通过问卷星发放,收集不同群体对用药指导获取途径和形式的需求,以及医疗机构用药指导的开展情况,并采用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果 公众更易接受传统的用药指导模式,且多数希望同时获得多种个性化的指导,但公众对药师的需求没有完全得到满足,且普遍对药师的职业认知度偏低。结论 远程指导不能完全替代传统的患者教育,药师应该在加强传统模式的药学服务的基础上,借助信息化技术,发展多元化的电子化用药指导,以适应不同人群在不同场景下的需求。

OBJECTIVE To explore the scientific method of designing electronic medication instruction, make up for the deficiency of telemedicine, promote safe and rational drug-use for patients. METHODS Designed questionnaires of “needs and intentions for medication instruction” and issued by “Wen Juan Xing” to collect patient′s requirements in achievement approach and form of medication instruction and to investigate current situation of medical service, then analyzed the results by SPSS. RESULTS The public are prefer to traditional patterns of medication instruction, and most of them expect more personalized options, but the needs of patients for pharmacists are not been satisfied, and the occupational awareness of pharmacists is generally undervalued. CONCLUSION Remote medication guide can′t replace traditional patient education completely, pharmacists should develop diversified e-medication instruction base on traditional pharmaceutical service to meet requirements of different patient in different conditions with the help of information technology.
