我国沿海各省市海洋文化产业竞争力评价与发展模式分析

Competitiveness evaluation and development mode analysis of marine cultural industry in coastal provinces and cities of China

在当前我国海洋强国建设进程中,沿海各省市海洋文化产业竞争力越来越受到政府和学界的关注。本文通过构建钻石模型和熵权—TOPSIS模型计算,与沿海各省市海洋文化产业发展状态相结合,分析评价当前我国沿海11省市海洋文化产业竞争力各影响要素的现实表现,研究归纳其发展模式选择的一般性规律,分析其内在逻辑和外在表征,对政府引导下的外推式发展模式、市场培育下的内生性发展模式和政府与市场共同作用的发展模式等3种不同发展模式所呈现出的运营规律与特征的显著差异进行归类分析,根据研究结论有针对性的提出相关对策建议,以期为我国海洋文化产业发展的科学性、系统性、理论性和前瞻性提供借鉴和参考,为实现海洋文化产业全方位、系统化、可持续发展储备能量和集聚力量。

In the process of building China into a maritime power, the competitiveness of marine cultural industry in coastal provinces and cities has attracted more and more attention from the government and academia. By constructing Diamond model and Entropy Weight TOPSIS model, and combined with the development status of marine cultural industry in coastal provinces and cities, this paper studies and summarizes the general law of the development mode selection of marine cultural industry in 11 provinces and cities, analyzes its internal logic and external representation, and analyzes the extrapolation development mode under the guidance of the government. This paper classifies and analyzes the significant differences in the operation laws and characteristics of the three different development modes, such as the endogenous development mode under the cultivation of the market and the development mode under the joint action of the government and the market, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions according to the research conclusions, in order to provide reference and reference for the scientific, systematic, theoretical and forward-looking development of China’s marine culture industry, and realize the all-round systematic and sustainable development reserves energy and gathers strength.
