长三角一体化背景下宁波舟山港和上海港竞合关系研究

The Co-opetition Relationship between Ningbo-Zhoushan Port and Shanghai Port under the Background of Yangtze River Delta Integration

在长三角一体化战略深入实施背景下,作为长三角最重要的两大枢纽港,宁波舟山港和上海港几乎相当的规模实力,在地位、功能、腹地、集疏运和软实力上形成了不可避免的竞争局面。宁波舟山港在地位上被提升到与上海港“双核并强”的历史高位,在功能上涵盖集装箱和大宗货物等港口全要素,在腹地上与上海港在长三角、长江经济带腹地可以合作,在集疏运体系上拥有海铁联运发展先机,在软实力上具备港口数字化发展突破口,必须强化良性竞争与优势合作,共同打造长三角港口群“双中心”,在国家加快构建双循环新发展格局中共同打造具有中国显示度的港口群服务品牌。

Under the background of the implementation of the Yangtze River Delta integration strategy, as the two most important hub ports in the Yangtze River Delta, Ningbo-Zhoushan port and Shanghai port have almost equal scale strength, formed an inevitable competitive situation in status, function, hinterland, collecting and distributing system and soft power. In terms of status, it was promoted to a historical high of "Binuclear strong" with Shanghai port. In terms of function, it covered all elements of container and bulk cargo ports. In terms of hinterland, it can cooperate with Shanghai port in the Yangtze River Delta and economic belt. In terms of collecting and distributing system, it has the first opportunity for the development of sea rail intermodal transport. In terms of soft power, it has a breakthrough in the development of port digitization. Therefore,we must strengthen benign competition and advantageous cooperation, jointly build a "double center" of the Yangtze River Delta port group, and a port service brand with Chinese display in the country’s accelerating of the new development Paradigm.
