基于BP神经网络的供应链评价模型研究

摘要 由于当前市场竞争激烈,企业对自己肩负的社会效益和环境效益考虑甚少,随着政府对环境重视度的提升,关于供应链“三效益”评价就显的极为重要。本文整合了聚类分析和BP神经网络模型,建立了关于供应链的评价模型,此模型对原始数据有比较全面的利用,也能够为供应链的“三效益”做出较为合理的判断。整合众多学者关于供应链研究的结果,经归纳与总结,对供应链的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益三方面进行梳理,主要从采购指标、仓储指标、销售指标、运输指标和管理指标5个方面构建供应链评价的初始数据,模型将聚类分析法与BP神经网络模型结合在一起,为供应链带来更为全面的评价体系,旨在为企业提供选择供应链的指导和参考。 Due to the current fierce market competition, companies rarely consider their social and environmental benefits. However, as the government pays more attention to the environment, the evaluation of the "three benefits" of the supply chain becomes extremely important. This paper integrates the cluster analysis and BP neural network model to establish an evaluation model for the supply chain. This model makes a more comprehensive use of the original data and can also make a more reasonable judgment for the "three benefits" of the supply chain. Integrating the results of many scholars on the supply chain research, after summarizing, the economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits of the supply chain are sorted out, mainly from procurement indicators, warehousing indicators, sales indicators, transportation indicators and management indicators to construct the initial data of supply chain evaluation in three aspects, the model combines cluster analysis with BP neural network model to bring a more comprehensive evaluation system to the supply chain, aiming to provide guidance and reference for enterprises to choose supply chain.
