摘要
生物电信号如心电、脑电、肌电、眼电可以反映器官或组织的生理状态,柔性织物电极可实现对其进行长期远程监测以达到对多种生理疾病进行诊断和预防目的。首先介绍了目前可穿戴织物电极所采用的材料、制备工艺与结构,总结了基底织物和导电材料的种类、组装方式、电极尺寸和形状等在生物电信号监测中的影响;然后分析了织物电极在常规监测生物电信号中的应用,讨论了其降低人体接触阻抗,减少运动伪影等问题的设计方法;最后对其在可穿戴健康监护中的发展前景进行展望。
Bioelectric signals,such as ECG,EEG,EMG and EOG,can reflect the physiological state of organs or tissues.Flexible fabric electrode can realize long-term remote monitoring,so as to diagnose and prevent a variety of physiological diseases.Firstly,this paper introduces the materials,preparation process and structure of wearable fabric electrode,and summarizes the effects of the types,assembly methods,electrode size and shape of base fabric and conductive materials on bioelectric signal monitoring.Then,the application of fabric electrode in routine monitoring of bioelectric signals is studied,and the design methods of reducing human contact impedance and motion artifacts are discussed.Finally,the development prospect of wearable health monitoring is prospected.
