中医医院护士职业认同感影响因素分析

Analysis on influencing factors of nurses’professional identity in TCM hospital

目的探讨中医医院护士职业认同感的影响因素,为提高护士职业认同感提供参考意见。方法采用便利抽样法,使用一般资料问卷、护士工作压力源量表、护士职业认同感评定量表对湖北省某三甲中医医院护士进行问卷调查。结果文化程度、参加护理工作的原因等护士职业认同感差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01);职业认同感得分为(97.78±15.53)分,工作压力总分为(99.86±16.53)分,工作压力与职业认同感呈负相关(r=-0.455,P<0.01);工作压力及文化程度是中医医院护士职业认同感的影响因素。结论护理管理者应加强职业教育,帮助护士树立正确的职业观,提升护理管理质量,减轻护士压力,提高护士职业认同感。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of nurses’professional identity in TCM hospital and provide reference for improving nurses’professional identity.Methods The convenience sampling method was employed to conduct the survey on nurses in a tertiary hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Hubei Province with the use of general information questionnaire,nurse working pressure sources scale and nurse professional identity rating scale.Results Affected by factors of education level,reasons for participation in nursing service,etc.,the difference of nurses’professional identity was statistically significant(P<0.05 or 0.01).The professional identity score was(97.78±15.53)points,and the total score of working pressure was(99.86±16.53)points;the working pressure is negatively correlated with professional identity(r=-0.455,P<0.01).The working pressure and education level were influencing factors of nurses’professional identity in TCM hospital.Conclusion Nursing managers should strengthen the vocational education to help nurses establish a correct occupation view,and improve the quality of nursing management to reduce the pressure of nurses,thus to improve nurses’professional identity.
