摘要
文章以个别建筑设计事务所的新作长漾里稻田餐厅为例,分析并总结了其过去五年的乡建实践.建筑师坚持用清晰的结构、原始的材料、节制的设计手段来创造当代乡村图景,将这种方法称为"乡村粗野主义",并和西方建筑学语境中的"新粗野主义"进行类比,展现在实践中对于"美学"和"道德"的思辨.与此同时,坚持对于乡村文脉的回应和空间的塑造也是"乡村粗野主义"之所以可以创造记忆性图像的关键.文章旨在说明只有诚实面对当下的社会现实条件,并以解决实际问题为目标,摆脱风格化的倾向,才是当代乡建的关键,也是建筑学具有普世性的核心价值的原因所在.
Using the Changyangli Rice Field Restaurant as an example,this article tries to summarize Ge Bie Architects’ practice in rural contexts as a form of Rural Brutalism.By insisting on a clear exhibit of structure,as-found materials,and an abstemious design approach,it has an analogous comparison with New Brutalism in the Western context and presents the architect’s dialectic thinking on Aesthetic and Ethic.Beyond that,Rural Brutalism has an intention to respond to the specific context and produce common space to create memorable images of the countryside.This article tries to make clear that facing real social conditions and building honestly is the key of architectural practice not only in rural conditions but also to a broader extent with universal value.
