面向高品质的社区文化空间营造方法和策略 以上海市浦东新区为例

Methods and Strategies for Building High-Quality Community Cultural Space:In the Example of Pudong New Area

社区文化空间设计对社区品质提升具有重要作用,把握社区文化空间的复合性、地方性、具有人文关怀和居民主体地位等特征是探索其营造方法的基础.文章梳理了《社区生活圈规划技术指南》等三版技术导则对社区文化空间的规划导向,指出其中内容多样化、空间复合利用、覆盖城乡、差异引导和关注品质等重要变化.同时,文章结合对上海浦东新区社区文化空间的现状评估及近期项目实践分析,形成面向高品质的浦东新区社区文化空间优化完善的相关思考:一是目标转变,创建随处可及的文化体验;二是设计赋能,主动适应现代生活方式;三是差异引导,因地制宜塑造社区独特魅力;四是机制完善,统筹项目建设和激发社会活力.

The design of community cultural space plays an important role in improving the quality of the community.Grasping the characteristics of community cultural space,such as complexity,locality,humanistic care,and residents’ dominant position,is the basis for exploring its construction methods.The article introduces the planning,guidance of three versions of technical guidelines,such as the Technical Guide for Community Life Circle Planning,on community cultural spaces,and points out the important changes such as diversification of content,compound utilization of space,coverage of urban and rural areas,and differences in guidance and attention to quality.With the current evaluation of community cultural spaces in Pudong New Area and the analysis of recent projects,it formulates relevant thoughts on the optimization and improvement of highquality community cultural spaces in Pudong New Area.The first is the changing goal,as the density of cultural spaces should be significantly enhanced.The second is to empower design to actively adapt to the modern lifestyle.The third is to guide the difference and shape the unique charm of the community according to local conditions.The fourth is to improve the mechanism,coordinate the project construction,and stimulate social vitality.
