校城共同体:地方应用型本科高校与城市共生关系新范型

University-city Community:A New Paradigm of Symbiotic Relationship between Local Applied Undergraduate Universities and Cities

大学与城市共生既是知识经济时代的特征,也是知识社会发展的必然趋势。地方应用型本科高校与所在城市更易形成共生共荣的校城共同体,地方应用型本科高校、地市级政府、企业特别是中小型企业是校城共同体主要支柱,共同嵌入市民社会、城市精神文化、法律制度及自然环境组成的特定空间,三者密切互动,其中大学与政府关系在政产学三角关系中处于核心地位。校城共同体内部互动既有合作又不乏冲突,必须建立内部整合机制和外部控制机制以维持其平稳运行。

University-city symbiosis is not only the characteristic of knowledge economy era,but also the trend of knowledge society.Local applied undergraduate universities are more likely to form university-city community with their cities.Local applied undergraduate universities,the municipal government and enterprises especially small and medium-sized enterprise are the mainstay of university-city community.They are all embedded in the particular space composed of civil society,city spirit and culture,legal institutions and natural environment.They interact intimately,and the government-university relationship is the core of the triangle relationship.The internal interaction of university-city community has both cooperation and conflict,so it is necessary to establish internal integration mechanism and external stability mechanism to maintain its stable running.
