产学合作如何提升高校创新绩效——基于要素多维的组态分析视角 被引量:5

How Do University-industry Collaboration Improve the Universities Innovation Performance?——Towards the Perspective of Multidimensional Elements

摘要 产学合作长效机制是提升高校创新绩效的外部驱动,探究产学合作路径组合是促进高校创新发展的现实需求。基于协同创新及耗散结构理论,以30个省域高校为研究对象,构建“主体-渠道-强度-环境”的产学合作要素分析框架,运用模糊集定性比较法探究产学合作要素提升高校创新绩效的具体路径。研究发现省域高校的创新绩效呈现异质性特征,东部明显高于中西部地区;高校创新绩效的实现具有多因素耦合特征,科技服务咨询发挥着相对普适的作用;实现高校高创新绩效的路径有四种,从传统依靠人员-经费发展到技术服务-合作专利完善发展,高校可以依据自身情境差异化选择实施战略。 The long-term mechanism of university-industry collaboration(UIC)is an external drive to improve the innovation performance of universities.Exploring the combination of university-industry collaboration pathways is a realistic requirement to promote the innovation and development of universities.This paper aims to explore the specific pathway of UIC elements to improve the innovation performance of universities with a“subject-channel-strength-environment”framework based on the theory of synergy innovation and dissipative structure.The research collects the data from the universities in 30 provinces and uses fuzzy-set qualitative comparison to analyze the data set.The results show that the innovation performance of provincial universities presents the heterogeneity characteristics,and the eastern part is higher than the central and western regions.The realization of university innovation performance has the characteristics of multifactor coupling,and scientific and technological service consulting plays a relatively universal role.There are four pathways to achieve high innovation performance of universities,from the traditional development of relying on personnel-funding to the development of technical services-cooperative patent development.Universities can choose implementation strategies according to their contextual differences.
