“内圈”竞争:本科生学习投入内卷化表征及成因——基于学生评价视角 被引量:8

“Inner Circle”Competition:Representation and Cause of the Involution of Undergraduate Student Engagement——Perspective of Student Evaluation

摘要 以Z大学为研究对象的本科生学习投入内卷化分析发现,本科生学习投入内卷化不是个体行为而是群体行动,具有圈层结构特征。内卷化学生主要集中于保研核心圈与保研冲刺圈附近,在“内圈”形塑了一套默会规则。内卷化表征为:保研为“正道”的自我锁定、从学习为天职到唯分数取向的目标替代、社会性与文化性资本效用最大化资源竞争。学生评价分析发现,教育目的模糊使学生评价缺少自上而下基本标准,自下而上学生评价实践背后价值取向偏误,教师权威下的信息不对称导致师生“博弈”,是学习投入内卷化的结构性成因。 This paper used Z University as the research object to analyze the involution of undergraduate student engagement in research universities.The study found that the involution of student engagement was not an individual behavior,but a group action,and had the feature of circle structure.Involved students were mainly concentrated near the recommended core circle and recommended sprint circle,and they had shaped a set of tacit rules in the“circle”.The involution of student engagement was manifested in three aspects:self-locking under the“right way”of recommended exemption,from learning as a bounden duty to score-oriented goal substitution,and resource competition to maximize the utility of social and cultural capital.From the perspective of the student evaluation system,this paper analyzed the structural causes of the involution of“inner circle”student engagement,and found that the vague educational purpose made student evaluation lack basic top-down standards,and the bottom-up student evaluation practice reflected value bias.In addition,information asymmetry under the authority of teachers led to“games”between teachers and students.
