单孔与双孔胸腔镜下肺叶切除术治疗非小细胞肺癌的效果比较

Comparison on effect of single-port versus double-port thoracoscopic lobectomy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer

目的比较单孔与双孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术应用于非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者的临床价值。方法选择南溪山医院2019年1月至2021年12月收治的120例NSCLC患者进行研究。按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组60例。研究组实施单孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术,对照组采用双孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术,记录并比较两组手术情况、术后并发症等指标。结果两组手术完成率均为100.00%,研究组手术有效操作时间、术中失血量、术后引流管拔除时间、术后首次下床活动时间、术后疼痛程度(术后3 d视觉模拟评分法评分)均小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术中淋巴结清扫情况比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用单孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗NSCLC效果及安全性均较双孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术优。

Objective To compare the actual clinical value of single-port and double-port thoracoscopic lobectomy in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods A total of 120NSCLC patients admitted to Nanxishan Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January2019 to December 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.Single hole thoracoscopic lobectomy was performed in the study group and double hole thoracoscopic lobectomy was performed in the control group.The operation conditions and postoperative complications of the two groups were recorded and compared.Results The operation completion rate of both groups was 100.00%.The effective operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage tube extraction time,the first time out of bed after operation,and the degree of postoperative pain in the study group(the score of visual analog scoring method 3 days after operation)were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in intraoperative lymph node dissection between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect and safety of single-port thoracoscopic lobectomy in the treatment of NSCLC are better than that of double-port thoracoscopic lobectomy.
