摘要
为充分发掘贵州省内的晚熟李资源,选育晚熟李新品种,将资源优势转变为产业优势。参照《李种质资源描述规范与数据标准》、《农作物种质资源鉴定技术规程李》和《李种质资源描述规范》中的内容和方法,调查成熟期在8月中旬以后的资源。结果共发现晚熟李资源15份,主要分布于铜仁、遵义、毕节和贵阳等高海拔冷凉地区,可分为红皮黄肉型、红皮红肉型、黄皮黄肉型、黄皮白肉型和红晕黄肉型5类,发掘优异晚熟李资源4份。调查结果既为李资源的收集、保存奠定了基础,也为晚熟品种的选育提供了优良种质材料,并对李资源的保护与利用提出了建议。
Absrtact: In order to fully exploit plum resources in Guizhou Province, late maturing plum varieties were selected and transformed from resource advantage to industrial advantage. According to the contents and methods of“Description standard and data standard of Plum germplasm resources”,“Technical specification for identification of crop germplasm resources”and“Description standard of Plum germplasm resources”, the resources after the maturity period of mid-august were investigated. The results fonded a total of 15 late-ripening plum resources were found, which were mainly distributed in Tongren, Zunyi, Bijie, Guiyang and other high-altitude cold and cool regions. They could be divided into red skin and yellow meat type, red skin red meat type, yellow skin yellow meat type, yellow skin and white meat type.There are 5 types of type, red and yellow meat type. Four excellent germplasm resources were discovered. The survey results not only laid a foundation for the collection, preservation, identification and evaluation of resources, but also provided conditions for the use of excellent germplasm for the selection and breeding of late-maturing varieties. At the same time, it also provides a scientific basis for the rational development and utilization of resources, and puts forward suggestions for the protection and utilization of Li resources.
