摘要
为比较不同产地红花主要成分含量,本试验以河南、云南、新疆和四川这4个产地的红花为试验材料,采用Agilent 1220 LC高效液相色谱仪(DAD检测器),在波长360 nm、柱温30℃、流动相甲醇-0.75%磷酸溶液、进样量10μL及流速0.8 mL/min条件下,同时对4个产区共9批红花样品的羟基红花黄色素A、槲皮素、芦丁和山柰素等4种主要化学成分含量进行测定分析。结果表明,红花中的4种化学成分含量因产地不同而存在较大差异,羟基红花黄色素A含量在12.183 9~24.972 7 mg/g范围内变化,槲皮素含量在0.072 1~6.122 3 mg/g范围内变化,芦丁含量在0.787 8~1.347 2 mg/g范围内变化,山柰素含量在0.161 0~0.286 3 mg/g范围内变化。4个产地的红花样品中羟基红花黄色素A、槲皮素和芦丁含量存在差异,以期为研究不同产区红花质量评价提供参考。
To compare the contents of main components of Carthamus tinctorius L. from different producing areas. In this experiment, Carthamus tinctorius L. from Henan, Yunnan, Xinjiang and Sichuan were used as the test materials. Agilent 1220 LC high performance liquid chromatograph(DAD detector) was used. The wavelength was 360 nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃, the mobile phase was methanol-0.75% phosphoric acid solution, and the injection volume was 10μL. The flow rate was 0.8 m L/min. at the same time, the contents of hydroxysafflower yellow A, quercetin, rutin and kaempferol in 9 batches of Carthamus tinctorius L. samples from 4 production areas were determined and analyzed. The results showed that the contents of four chemical components in Carthamus tinctorius L. varied greatly due to different producing areas. The content of Carthamus tinctorius L. yellow A ranged from 12.183 9 mg/g to 24.972 7 mg/g, quercetin ranged from 0.072 1 mg/g to 6.122 3 mg/g, and rutin ranged from 0.787 8 mg/g to 1.347 2 mg/g, kaempferol ranged from 0.161 0 mg/g to 0.286 3 mg/g. The contents of hydroxysafflower yellow A, quercetin and rutin in Carthamus tinctorius L. samples from four producing areas were different, in order to provide a reference for the quality evaluation of Carthamus tinctorius L. in different producing areas.
