ICP-MS测定蟾皮中的重金属及有害元素及健康风险评估 被引量:5

摘要 本研究建立蟾皮微波消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定铅、砷、汞、镉及铜5种重金属及有害元素的测定方法,并根据测定结果进行健康风险评估。样品经微波消解后,以锗、铟和铋为内标,进行ICP-MS测定铅、砷、汞、镉及铜5种元素,根据测定结果采用靶标危害系数法进行健康风险评估。结果显示,铅、砷、汞、镉和铜5种待测元素的线性关系良好(R≥0.997 5),回收率为85.58%~111.24%;RSD的范围为7.32%~8.29%。风险评估结果显示蟾皮中的重金属及有害元素含量对人体健康风险较低。该方法为蟾皮中的重金属及有害元素测定和风险评估提供了科学数据。 Absrtact: This paper established an ICP-MS method for the determination of five kinds of heavy metals and harmful elements including copper, arsenic, cadmium, mercury and lead in toad skin and carry out health risk assessment. The samples digested by microwave and calibrated by internal standard elements including Ge, In and Bi were analyzed by ICP-MS. ICP-MS determination Copper, Arsenic, Cadmium,Mercury and Lead. Results shows the 5 kinds of heavy metals and harmful elements showed good linearity within the selected concentration ranges(R≥0.997 5) with the average recovery from 85.58% to 111.24%, while their RSD with the range from 7.32% to 8.29%. THQ was used as a risk assessment indicator, the heavy metal content in jujube had no risk to human health. The method is accurate, simple and sensitive, and can be used for the determination of heavy metals and harmful elements in the toad skin.
