自拟益肾疏肝活血汤加减治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效及对卵巢功能的影响

Curative effect of self-made yishen shugan huoxue decoction on perimenopausal syndrome and its influence on ovarian function

目的探讨自拟益肾疏肝活血汤加减治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效及对卵巢功能的影响。方法抽取2019年7月至2021年6月在平顶山市妇幼保健院进行治疗的围绝经期综合征患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组(51例)和对照组(49例)。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合自拟益肾疏肝活血汤加减治疗,比较两组治疗效果,并分析不同治疗方法对两组患者中医症状、卵巢功能、性激素水平的影响,并记录不良反应。结果观察组有效率(96.08%,49/51)高于对照组(78.43%,40/49),P<0.05;治疗后观察组中医症状评分均低于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后两组卵巢动脉收缩期峰值血流速度、窦状卵泡数目水平均降低,但观察组以上指标均高于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后观察组促卵泡激素、黄体生成素水平低于对照组,雌二醇水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组药物不良反应略高于对照组,但两组不良反应发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟益肾疏肝活血汤加减治疗在围绝经期综合征疗效较佳,可改善患者中医症候、卵巢功能、性激素水平,应用安全。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of self-made yishen shugan huoxue decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome and its influence on the ovarian function.Methods One hundred patients with perimenopausal syndrome treated in Pingdingshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group(51 cases)and control group(49 cases)by random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine.On this basis,patients in the observation group were treated with self-made yishen shugan huoxue decoction.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,the effects of different treatment methods on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms,ovarian function and sex hormone level of the two groups were analyzed;and the adverse reactions were recorded.Results The effective rate of the observation group(96.08%,49/51)was higher than that of the control group(78.43%,40/49),P<0.05.After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the peak systolic blood flow velocity and antral follicle count were decreased in the two groups,and these indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone luteinizing hormone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of estradiol were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,without significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions The self-made yishen shugan huoxue decoction is effective in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome,which can improve TCM symptoms,ovarian function and sex hormone levels,with good safety.
