摘要
可动微凝胶深部调驱是进一步提高水驱油藏采收率的主要技术手段之一,但目前其调驱机理还无法利用商业数值模拟软件直接模拟,严重制约了深部调驱油藏方案的快速编制。针对以上问题,基于可动微凝胶深部调驱机理,将调驱过程划分为生成、运移和封堵三个阶段,然后利用ECL数值模拟软件分别对上述过程进行模拟表征,得到可动微凝胶深部调驱的模拟表征方法。应用该方法对储层非均质性和可动微凝胶性质进行敏感性分析,结果表明,非均质性越强,深部调驱效果越好,同时可动微凝胶性质对调驱效果影响较大,需针对具体油藏进行优化。将以上认识应用于南海西部W油田A10井组的深部调驱先导试验,取得了较好调驱效果,证实了该模拟表征方法的可靠性及实用性,为南海西部注水油田深部调驱推广应用提供了技术储备和经验借鉴。
Deep profile control and flooding movable microgel is one of the main technical means to further improve the recovery of water drive reservoirs.However,the mechanism of profile control and flooding cannot be directly simulated by commercial numerical simulation software,which seriously restricts the compilation of deep profile control and flooding schemes.In view of the above problems,based on the mechanism of deep profile control and flooding with movable microgel,the adjustment and displacement process can be divided into three stages,namely generation,migration and plugging.Then,the above process is simulated and characterized by ECL numerical simulation software,and a simulation method for the deep profile control and flooding with movable microgel is obtained.The sensitivity analysis of reservoir heterogeneity and movable microgel is carried out by using this method.The results show that the stronger the heterogeneity is,the better the effect of deep profile control and flooding is.Meanwhile,the movable microgel has great influence on the effect of profile control and flooding,and it needs to be optimized for specific reservoirs.The above understanding was applied to the deep profile control and flooding pilot test of A10 well group in W oilfield in western South China Sea,and achieved good profile control and flooding effect,which confirmed the reliability and practicability of the simulation characterization method,and provided technical reserves and experience reference for the deep profile control and flooding in water injection oilfield in western South China Sea.
