面向高端装备制造协同优化的人工智能方法研究综述与展望 被引量:10

摘要 高端装备制造能力是一个国家综合竞争力的重要体现,面向高端装备制造协同优化问题设计基于人工智能的调度决策方法,对于提高高端装备智能制造协同效率具有重要意义。将高端装备制造过程协同优化问题分为制造与库存协同优化、制造与配送协同优化、制造与组装协同优化和制造与维修协同优化4类具有不同特点的问题,并分析了这4类问题的研究现状;从时间优化、成本优化和能源优化的角度,综述了解决上述4类协同优化问题的人工智能方法;在此基础上,提出了面向高端装备制造协同优化的人工智能方法的未来研究方向。 The manufacturing capacity of high-end equipment is an important reflection of a country s comprehensive competitiveness.The design of scheduling decision method based on artificial intelligence for collaborative optimization of high-end equipment manufacturing is of great significance for improving the intelligent manufacturing collaborative efficiency of high-end equipment.The collaborative optimization problem of high-end equipment manufacturing was divided into four problems with different characteristics:inventory coordination,distribution coordination,assembly coordination and maintenance coordination.The research status of these four problems was analyzed.From the perspective of time optimization,cost optimization and energy optimization,the artificial intelligence methods to solve the above four kinds of collaborative optimization problems were summarized.On this basis,the future research direction of artificial intelligence method for collaborative optimization of high-end equipment manufacturing was proposed.
