摘要
推动工业产品互联互通、打造群智融合的制造业智慧空间是国家制造业发展重大需求之一。制造业包含人、机、物3类制造要素群,它们之间存在着复杂的交互关系,共同构建起群智制造业空间。然而,传统制造业中各要素智能化程度有限,交互方式以集中式、预定义协作为主,严重阻碍了其智能化进程。鉴于此,从系统论角度出发对制造业智慧空间进行数学建模。给出了制造业智慧空间组分、结构的定义,并将其与传统制造业进行对比,指出制造业智慧空间所特有的自组织、自适应、自演化能力,并结合生物体群智介绍了其产生的内在机理。
A significant requirement in national manufacturing development is to connect industrial products and build a crowd manufacturing intelligent space.There are three types of elements in manufacturing industry:human,machine and things.The three elements interact with each other and form the crowd manufacturing intelligent space.However,the elements in the traditional manufacturing industry have limited intelligence and interact with each other in a centralized and predefined way,which seriously hinders its intellectualization.The crowd manufacturing intelligent space was mathematically modeled with system theory.Specifically,the component and structure of the crowd manufacturing intelligent space was introduced and compared with the traditional manufacturing industry,then the space was demonstrated had self-organization,self-adaption as well as self-evolution abilities,and its inner mechanism with biological crowd intelligence was also illustrated.
