摘要 针对传统液压实验易受到实验器材种类、数量和场地限制等问题,以典型液压元件斜轴式轴向柱塞泵为例,结合层次化割集法确定装配序列和混合包围盒碰撞检测算法,利用SolidWorks、3DsMax软件建立实验场景,Unity3D为开发平台,HTC Vive为交互设备,实现了液压元件虚拟拆装操作和系统交互界面设计,开发了具有较高的沉浸感和真实性的液压元件虚拟拆装实验系统。 Aiming at the problems of traditional hydraulic experiment being vulnerable to the type,quantity and site restrictions of experimental equipment,the typical hydraulic component inclined axis axial piston pump is taken as an example to determine assembly sequence and hybrid bounding box collision detection algorithm by combining hierarchical cut set method.SolidWorks and 3DsMax are used to establish experimental scenes,Unity3D is used as the development platform and HTC Vive is the interactive device,We complete the virtual disassembly and assembly operation of hydraulic components and the design of the system interaction interface.A virtual disassembly and assembly experiment system for hydraulic components with high immersion and realism has been developed.
