摘要 为了解决营配融合网络下电力智能移动作业中的信息采集不够及时、采集信息不能被充分利用、设施不够完善等问题,对于电力智能移动作业服务技术进行了研究。首先,介绍了营配融合网络;其次,结合IEC61850、IEC61970和电力移动作业服务业务集成的相关规范,建立了电力智能移动作业在营配融合下的服务模型、业务模型以及业务集成的组织架构;最后,结合普通居民、接入能源智能交易和企业用户进行了案例分析,给出了符合实际的服务模型、业务模型和业务集成架构。通过一系列命令交互操作的实现,旨在满足企业用户的需求。结合实际案例给出的模型和架构取得了良好的结果。 In order to solve the problems such as the information collection is not timely enough,the information collection cannot be fully utilized,and the facilities are not perfect enough in the power intelligent mobile operation under the operation and distribution fusion network,this paper studies the power intelligent mobile operation service technology.Firstly,the integration network of marketing and distribution is introduced.Secondly,combined with IEC61850,IEC61970 and related specifications of service business integration of electric mobile operations,the service model,business model and organizational structure of business integration of electric intelligent mobile operations are established under the integration of operation and distribution.Finally,combined with the ordinary residents,energy intelligent transactions and enterprise users,actual service model,business model and business integration architecture are given.Through the realization of a series of command interactive operations,it aims to meet the needs of enterprise users.The model and framework given in combination with the actual cases have achieved good results.
