摘要
综合管理指标选取较为简单容易导致综合管理效率评估性能较差,故提出省级电网公司综合管理复杂性指标评估系统设计。综合管理指标体系构建包括管理指标体系构建,管理指标权重确定,管理效率评估三大模块。首先通过选取坚强性、可靠性、经济性、环保性、互动性与高效性指标构建了综合管理指标体系,其次通过线性加权主观与客观权重确定指标权重,最后采用柯布—道格拉斯生产函数评估电网公司综合管理效率。上述软件模块实现了省级电网公司综合管理指标复杂性评估系统的运行。实验结果显示:设计系统综合管理技术效率与配置效率与标准数值误差均小于0.05,充分表明设计系统具备可行性。
Due to the simple selection of integrated management indicators,the performance of integrated management efficiency evaluation is poor,a design of comprehensive management complexity index evaluation system for provincial power grid company is then proposed.There are three modules in the construction of comprehensive management index system,i.e.,the construction module of management index system,the module of determining the weight of management index and the module of management efficiency evaluation.Firstly,the comprehensive management index system is constructed by selecting the indicators of firmness,reliability,economy,environmental protection,interaction and efficiency.Secondly,the index weight is determined by linear weighted subjective and objective weights,and finally Cobb-Douglas production function is used to evaluate the comprehensive management efficiency of power grid company.Through the design of the above software modules,the operation of the provincial power grid company's comprehensive management index complexity evaluation system is realized.The experimental results show that the technical efficiency and configuration efficiency of the design system are less than 0.05,which fully shows that the design system is feasible.
