公共数据资产评级方法研究--以上海市公共数据实践为例

Research of the Public Data Asset Rating--Base on the Practice of Shanghai Public Data Management

通过对公共数据管理的现状以及存在的问题分析,根据上海市公共数据管理的实践,建立了公共数据资产评级指标和公共数据资产评级模型,设计了数据标准化、数据安全化、数据高质化、数据高值化的公共数据资产化路径,并以法人登记信息为案例进行了资产评级试点,为后续公共数据管理工作提供了参考。

Through the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of public data management,according to the practice of public data management in Shanghai,a public data asset rating quota and public data asset rating model is established,and the public data asset path of data standardization,data security,data quality and data value aredesigned.Taking the enterprise registration information as a case,the pilot runof asset rating is carried out,which provides a reference for the follow-up public data management.
