体育场馆是体育行业对外服务的重要窗口,建设智慧场馆是实现上海智慧体育建设目标的核心工作之一。文章提出建设上海市智慧游泳管理系统,通过身份认证和人脸识别系统的建设,提高用户验证的精确性,为市民提供了便捷的、快速的游泳健康承诺卡办理流程,提高泳客的满意度、提升游泳场所办公管理的精细化水平。同时,通过进出数据采集,完成游泳人群数据画像,为政府决策提供帮助。项目建设对于体育系统管理及服务具有极高的价值和意义。

Stadiums and gymnasiums are important windows for the external service of the sports industry.Building smart stadiums and gymnasiums is one of the core tasks to achieve the goal of Shanghai’s smart sports construction.This paper puts forward the construction of Shanghai Smart Swimming Management System,to provide a convenient and fast process for the citizens to handle swimming health commitment cards,and improve the satisfaction of swimmers.At the same time,through the construction of identity authentication and face recognition system,the accuracy of verification can be improved,and the refinement level of office management in swimming places can be improved.After that,through this system,the government departments have provided a powerful grasp for monitoring the flow of people in swimming venues and realizing the portrait of swimming people,and can realize the management of swimming venues practitioners.The system construction has a very high value and significance for the management and service of swimming venues.
