摘要
对钢管嵌岩斜桩施工钻孔设备进行优化选择,并通过有限元分析设计钻孔平台,形成一套创新的钢管嵌岩斜桩旋挖钻施工技术。结合浙江某码头项目,介绍了该施工技术的重难点、设备选型、施工方法及质量检查全过程,总结项目施工过程中相关经验,客观分析了该项技术的优势,为后续类似工程施工提供参考借鉴。
The drilling equipment for steel pipe rock-socketed inclined pile construction is optimized,and the drilling platform is designed through finite element analysis,forming a set of innovative rotary drilling technology for steel pipe rock-socketed inclined pile construction.Combined with a wharf project in Zhejiang,this paper introduces the difficult point of this construction technology,equipment selection,construction methods and quality inspection process,summarizes the relevant experience in project construction process,objectively analyzes the advantages of the technology,which can provide reference for the follow-up construction of similar projects.
