‘热科2号’栽培奇楠沉香及其叶片的急性毒性研究

Study on the Acute Toxicity of the Agarwood and its Leaves of ’Reke 2’ Cultivated "Qi-Nan"

随着‘热科2号’栽培奇楠沉香的大量推广,市场上奇楠沉香的产量逐年增加,为了更好地开发利用栽培奇楠新资源,需要对其安全性进行评价。采用小鼠急性经口毒性试验,观察实验动物所产生的毒性反应,评价受试物的毒性作用。栽培奇楠沉香及其叶片的提取物雌雄小鼠经口LD50剂量均大于10.0g/kg,属实际无毒级。试验期间实验动物生长良好,活动、摄食、饮水正常,毛色光泽度好,未见明显中毒症状和死亡。到期处死动物进行大体解剖检查,各脏器未见异常。结果表明‘热科2号’栽培奇楠沉香及其叶片提取物急性毒性分级属于无毒级物质,为栽培奇楠沉香药用和食用的开发利用提供参考。

With the extensive popularization of the Aquilaria sinensis ’Reke 2’ cultivated "Qi-Nan" agarwood,the output of "Qi-Nan" agarwood is increasing year by year on the market. In order to make better use of the new resources of cultivated "Qi-Nan" agarwood, it is necessary to evaluate the safety of cultivated "Qi-Nan" agarwood.The acute oral toxicity test in mice was used to observe the toxicity of the experimental animals and evaluate the toxicity of the test objects. The oral LD50 of both male and female mice of cultivated "Qi-Nan" agarwood and its leaves were higher than 10.0 g/kg·bw, which belonged to actual non-toxic grade. During the experiment period, the experimental animals grew well, and their behaviors, feeding, drinking and outer appearance were all normal. No obvious pathological changes of inherent organs were found by anatomical examination. ’Reke 2’ cultivated "Qi-Nan" agarwood and its leaves belongs to non-toxic substances, which can provide a reference for the development and utilization of the medicine and edible of cultivated "Qi-Nan" agarwood in future.
