日粮添加桑叶粉、益生菌对蛋鸡血液指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 文章旨在研究日粮添加桑叶粉、益生菌对蛋鸡血液指标的影响。试验选取600只海兰褐蛋鸡为研究对象,随机分成4组,每组150只,共分为5个重复,每个重复30只。第1组为对照组,试验2、3、4组日粮中分别添加2%的桑叶粉、1%益生菌、2%的桑叶粉+1%益生菌,预饲期7 d,正试期35 d。每隔1周翅静脉采血,检测各组蛋鸡血液中免疫细胞、肝肾功能、血脂、钙磷、溶酶菌等各项生理生化指标。结果表明,试验组蛋鸡血清中免疫细胞数量、蛋白含量、钙磷浓度显著高于对照组,但血脂、胆固醇浓度与对照组比显著降低,肝肾功能及溶酶菌指标无明显差异。结论 :日粮添加桑叶粉、益生菌具有显著提高蛋鸡免疫力、产蛋性能、蛋品指数、促生长等作用,同时还具有降血脂、胆固醇等作用,且联合应用效果更佳。 In order to study the effects of mulberry leaf powder and probiotics on blood indexes of laying hens. 600 Hailan Brown laying hens were randomly divided into 4 groups with 150 in each group. They were divided into 5 repetitions with 30 in each repetition. The first group was the control group. The diets of test groups 2,3 and 4 were supplemented with 2% mulberry leaf powder,1% probiotics,2% mulberry leaf powder + 1% probiotics for 7 days and 35 days respectively. Blood samples were taken from wing vein every 1 week to detect the physiological and biochemical indexes such as immune cells,liver and kidney function,blood lipid,calcium and phosphorus,lysozyme bacteria and so on. Results :the number of immune cells,protein content and calcium and phosphorus concentration in the serum of laying hens in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,but the concentrations of blood lipid and cholesterol were significantly lower than those in the control group,and there was no significant difference in liver and kidney function and lysozyme bacteria. Conclusion :adding mulberry leaf powder and probiotics to the diet can significantly improve the immunity,egg laying performance,egg index and growth promotion of laying hens. At the same time,it can also reduce blood lipid and cholesterol,and the combined application effect is better.
