人才培养是饲料企业发展的重要保障,本文以饲料企业为例进行探索,分析当前饲料企业人才缺乏的原因,从饲料行业技术性人才不足、培训机制不健全层面进行分析,探讨当前高职院校人才培养现状,分析激发饲料行业人才发展活力的路径,提出基于构建产销一体模式增强饲料行业人才激励政策建设,利用行业影响力和品牌影响力优化饲料行业人才发展环境,增强管理者的人才引进意识,由此实现高职院校人才培养与饲料企业人才需求之间的高效对接。

Talent training is an important guarantee for the development of feed enterprises.Taking feed enterprises as an example,this article analyzes the reasons for the lack of talents in feed enterprises,and discuss the current situation of talent training in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of insufficient technical talents and imperfect training mechanism in feed industry,analyze the path to stimulate the vitality of talent development in the feed industry,and propose to strengthen the construction of talent incentive policies in the feed industry based on the construction of an integrated production and sales model,use industry influence and brand influence to optimize the talent development environment in the feed industry,and enhance the talent introduction awareness of managers,so as to realizing the efficient connection between the talent training in higher vocational colleges and the talent needs of feed enterprises.
