智能财税背景下中小饲料企业会计人才培养与能力建构

随着智能经济时代的到来,中小饲料企业也需要培养具有智能财税理论与实践操作能力的会计人才。但当前中小饲料企业员工对智能财税的认知不够深入,应用智能财税的信息技术素养不足。中小饲料企业也缺乏对员工开展智能财税相关的人才培训,未引入适合饲料行业的智能财税会计信息系统。为了抓住时代机遇,中小饲料企业应提升饲料企业会计工作者对智能财税的认知,构建适合饲料企业的智能财税会计人才素质能力模型,多渠道开展饲料企业员工应用智能财税培训工作,引入饲料行业的智能财税会计信息系统,加强饲料企业员工实践操作能力。

With the advent of the era of intelligent economy,small and medium-sized feed enterprises also need to cultivate accounting talents with intelligent financial and taxation theory and operational capabilities.However,the current employees of small and medium-sized feed enterprises do not have a deep understanding of intelligent finance and taxation,and the information technology literacy in applying intelligent finance and taxation is insufficient.Small and medium-sized feed enterprises also lack talent training related to intelligent finance and taxation for their employees,and have not introduced intelligent finance and taxation accounting information systems suitable for the feed industry.In order to seize the opportunities of the times,small and medium-sized feed enterprises should improve the accounting workers’cognition of intelligent finance and taxation,build a quality and capability model of intelligent finance and taxation accounting talents suitable for feed enterprises,and conduct multi-channel training on the application of intelligent finance and taxation to employees of feed enterprises.Combined with the intelligent financial and taxation accounting information system of the feed industry,the operation and practice ability of the employees of the feed enterprise is strengthened.
