摘要
文章旨在探讨板栗壳粉对鸸鹋雏鸟生长性能、血液生化指标及抗氧化能力的影响。试验选择24只同批次人工孵化的1日龄身高体重相近的健康鸸鹋雏鸟,随机分成4组、每组6只,试验为期90 d。对照组鸸鹋雏鸟饲喂基础饲料,各试验组分别添加5、10、20 g/kg的板栗壳粉,其他条件相同。结果表明,板栗壳粉对鸸鹋雏鸟平均日采食量无较大影响,但能显著提高鸸鹋雏鸟的终末体重、平均日增重(P<0.05),降低鸸鹋雏鸟的料重比(P<0.05);饲料中添加板栗壳粉对鸸鹋雏鸟血清TG、CHO、LDL-C、HDL-C有一定影响,但差异不显著(P>0.05);不同添加量的板栗壳粉均能降低鸸鹋雏鸟血清丙二醛(MDA)浓度,提高血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、提高血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.05)。结论:板栗壳粉能显著提高鸸鹋雏鸟的生长性能和抗氧化能力,可开发为鸸鹋雏鸟饲料的潜在抗氧化添加剂。
The objective of this experiment was to explore the effects of chestnut shell powder on the growth performance,blood biochemical index and antioxidant capacity of EUM chicks.24 healthy EUM chicks of similar height and weight of 1 day old were selected from the same batch of artificial incubation,and randomly divided into 4 groups of 6 birds for 90 days.The control group was fed the basic feed,and the experimental group added 5 g/kg,10 g/kg,and 20 g/kg chestnut shell powder,respectively,and other conditions were the same.The results showed that chestnut shell powder had no great effect on the average daily feed intake of EUM chicks,but it could significantly increase the terminal weight,average daily weight gain(P<0.05)and material weight ratio(P<0.05)of EUM chicks.However,it was not significant(P<0.05);different amounts of chestnut shell powder could reduce the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)concentration in EUM chicks,increase serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),increase serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity(P<0.05).Conclusion Chestnut shell powder can significantly improve the growth performance and antioxidant capacity of EUM chicks,and can be developed as a potential antioxidant additive for EUM chick feed.
