摘要
本文研究高职院校饲料专业学生的特点、短板及人文素养对该人群职业生涯的影响,分析提升高职院校饲料专业学生人文素养的重要性及所面临的困难,提出学生人文素养提升的具体路径,即明确提升目标、促进人文教育和饲料专业教育的融合、改革高职院校饲料专业传统教学理念和方式、以学生为主体进行教学模式改革,使人文教育潜移默化贯通于学生培养当中。
In this paper,the characteristics and shortcomings of students majoring in feed in higher vocational colleges was discussed.And the impact of humanistic quality on the career of this group,the importance and difficulties of improving the humanistic quality of students majoring in feed in higher vocational colleges was analyzed,and the specific ways to improving the humanistic quality of students was proposed.The result is to clarify the improvement goals,promote the integration of humanistic education and feed professional education,reform the traditional teaching concepts and methods of higher vocational feed majors,and carry out teaching model reform with students as the main body.Then the humanistic education can be subtly connected in student training.
