重力测量领域发展方向及重力传感器高分辨率测试方法综述 被引量:1

摘要 导航制导系统的准确性会受到加速度计精度的直接影响,而重力场数学模型的精准度也将放大导航制导产生的误差。在大地测量、矿产资源勘测等领域,重力梯度测量的应用十分广泛,基于现实使用需求,对实际重力场的测量迫在眉睫。对国内外重力梯度仪的发展情况做了总结陈述,并简要叙述了高分辨率石英挠性加速度计的研制现状及发展方向,将主流的石英挠性加速度计高分辨率测试方法进行了介绍和对比分析,对重力梯度仪、核心重力传感器件及其分辨率测试方法提出了后续发展建议。 The accuracy of navigation guidance system was not only directly affected by the accuracy of accelerometer,but also amplified by the accuracy of gravity mathematical model.Gravity gradient measurement was widely used in geodesy,mineral resources survey and other fields.Based on the practical requirements,it was extremely urgent to measure the actual gravity field.It was made that a summary for domestic and foreign development situation of gravity gradiometer,and briefly described the development status quo of high-resolution quartz flexible accelerometer and the direction of development,the mainstream of quartz flexible accelerometer high-resolution testing methods were introduced and comparison,it was put forward that its resolution subsequent development suggestions for gravity gradiometer,core gravity sensor,and the test method.
