摘要
城市轨道车辆齿轮箱检修过程中需要更换大轴承,所以需要将热装到车轴上的滑动环、密封环、轴承内圈等部件退卸下来。详细介绍了3种退卸方法:带齿轮冷退法、不带齿轮冷退法和电磁感应加热退卸法。将这3种工艺方法的优缺点进行比较,最终选定了最佳退卸方法为电磁感应加热退卸法。通过反复试验,总结分析试验数据,提炼工艺要点,解决了加热过程中的退卸部件烤蓝的问题。电磁感应加热退卸法保证了滑动环、密封环、车轴等部件的质量,操作简便,大大提升了工作效率,降低了对于高精度设备的依赖性,节省了生产成本,并降低了质量风险。
During the maintenance of gearbox of urban rail vehicles,the bearing needed to be replaced,so the sliding ring,sealing ring and bearing inner ring which were hot installed on the axle needed to be unloaded.Three unloading methods were introduced in details,that was,cold unloading method with gear,cold unloading method without gear and electromagnetic induction heating unloading method.The advantages and disadvantages of the three methods were compared.Finally,the best unloading method was confirmed with electromagnetic induction heating unloading method.Through repeated experiments,the experimental data were summarized and analyzed,and the key points of the process were refined,so it solved the problem of returning parts to bake blue in the heating process.The electromagnetic induction heating unloading method ensured the quality of sliding ring,sealing ring,axle etc.,which was simple to operate,greatly improved the work efficiency,reduced the dependence on high-precision equipments,saved production costs and reduced quality risks.
