养殖池自动升降式气动提水机结构设计及试验

摘要 设计一种养殖池自动升降式气动提水机能根据高、低水位传感器信号自动升降调节高度以适应水位变化,保持气动提水机流量基本恒定。通过试验测定提水机流量与通气压力、浸入水中高度之间的相互关系,根据试验数据绘制关系曲线图并分析原因,总结气动提水机运行性能的变化规律。 An automatic lifting pneumatic water lifting machine for aquaculture pond is designed.The height is automatically adjusted according to the signals of high and low water level sensors to adapt to the change of water level and keep the flow of pneumatic water lifting machine basically constant.The relationship between the flow,ventilation pressure and immersion height of the water extractor is measured through the test,the relationship curve is drawn according to the test data,the causes are analyzed,and the change law of the operation performance of the pneumatic water extractor is summarized.
