摘要
传统的远红外灯管等温度控制常采用PLC及其AD温度扩展模块、DA模拟量扩展模块来实现。存在成本高、PLC控制能力不足以及就近安装带来的抗干扰性差、信号衰减等问题。设计一款温控模块来解决上述问题。该模块可以与不同厂家的PLC形成分布式控制系统,自主完成闭环温度采集及控制。
The temperature control of traditional far-infrared lamps is often achieved by PLC and its AD temperature expansion module and DA analog expansion module. However,there are some problems like high cost,insufficient PLC control capability,poor anti-interference and signal attenuation caused by nearby installation. This project intends to design a temperature control module to solve those problems above. This module can build a distributed control system with PLCs of different manufacturers,and can complete closed-loop temperature acquisition and control independently.
