摘要
交联聚乙烯(XLPE)绝缘电缆作为目前受青睐的电力电缆,其交联程度直接影响了使用的安全性和可靠性。热延伸试验是检验XLPE交联度的重要指标,文章针对热延伸试验过程中的操作步骤和方法、试验温度控制、时间控制、测量方式等可能影响试验结果的因素进行分析和验证试验,完善检测过程注意事项,以确保试验过程和试验结果的准确性和一致性。
Cross linked polyethylene(XLPE)insulated cable is a popular power cable,and its cross-linking degree directly affects the safety and reliability of use. The thermal elongation test is an important index to check the crosslinking degree of XLPE.This paper analyzes and verifies the factors that may affect the experimental results,such as the operation steps and methods,test temperature control,time control,measurement mode,etc. in the process of thermal elongation test,refines each detail of the test,and improves the precautions in the detection process of the project,To ensure the accuracy and consistency of the test process and test results.
