河南省农产品冷链物流发展水平与网络构建研究

Research on the Development Level and Network Construction of Cold Chain Logistics of Agricultural Products in Henan Province

农产品冷链物流网络保障了各个区域物流节点之间生鲜农产品的流通,提高了农产品流通的效率,促进了农业发展和农民增收。合理规划各地区冷链物流网络节点的层次、功能和发展战略,具有重要的现实意义。文章从河南省各市的经济发展水平、各地区的物流发展水平、农产品需求水平和农产品供给水平4个方面构建冷链物流评价指标体系,利用因子分析法和聚类分析法将河南省18个市的物流节点进行城市排名,并划分为4个网络节点层级,根据不同城市层级的功能定位,结合经济发展水平、地理位置、交通条件和各地区的功能特点,最终划分了轴心城市、中心城市、辐点城市和源产地城市来合理构建河南省冷链物流发展格局。

The cold chain logistics network of agricultural products guarantees the circulation of fresh agricultural products between logistics nodes in various regions, improves the efficiency of the circulation of agricultural products, and promotes agricultural development and farmers’ income. It is of great practical significance to rationally plan the levels, functions and development strategies of cold chain logistics network nodes in various regions. This paper constructs a cold chain logistics evaluation index system from four aspects: the economic development level of each city in Henan Province, the logistics development level of each region, the demand level of agricultural products and the supply level of agricultural products, and uses the factor analysis method and cluster analysis method to evaluate the cold chain logistics. The logistics nodes of 18 cities in Henan Province are ranked and divided into four network node levels. Finally, according to the functional positioning of different city levels, combined with the level of economic development, geographical location, traffic conditions and the functional characteristics of each region, finally, it divides the Axis cities, central cities, spoke cities and origin cities to rationally construct the development pattern of cold chain logistics in Henan Province.
