河南省农业绿色发展水平与效率耦合协调性研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究农业绿色发展水平和效率之间的耦合协调关系,促进农业绿色发展水平和效率协同发展,以河南省为研究对象,运用熵值法和Undesirable Output模型测度2010—2020年河南省农业绿色发展水平与效率,在此基础上,采用耦合协调分析模型对二者耦合协调发展程度进行研究。结果表明:(1)河南省农业绿色发展水平整体上升趋势较为明显,农业绿色发展效率已处于相对较高水平,二者之间的耦合协调度整体上呈现递增趋势,从中级耦合协调阶段进入优质耦合协调阶段。(2)相对于农业绿色发展效率而言,河南省农业绿色发展水平仍有较大提升空间。在此基础上,提出加大农业面源污染治理力度,优化产地环境;提升节约高效利用农业资源的能力,加强农业基础生产能力建设;建立促进农业绿色发展水平和发展效率协同发展机制等政策建议。 In order to study the coupled and coordinated relationship between agricultural green development level and efficiency, and promote the synergistic development of agricultural green development level and efficiency,Taking Henan Province as the research object, the entropy value method and Undesirable Output model are used to measure the level and efficiency of agricultural green development in Henan Province from 2010 to 2020, on the basis of this, the coupled coordination model was used to study the degree of coupled and coordinated development between the two. The results show that:(1) The overall rising trend of agricultural green development in Henan Province, the efficiency of agricultural green development has been at a relatively high level, and the overall increasing trend of coupling coordination between the two, from the intermediate coupling coordination stage to the high quality coupling coordination stage.(2) Compared with the efficiency of agricultural green development, the level of agricultural green development in Henan Province still has much room for improvement. On this basis, policy suggestions are put forward such as increasing the efforts of agricultural surface source pollution control and optimizing the origin environment;enhancing the ability to use agricultural resources economically and efficiently and strengthening the construction of agricultural basic production capacity;and establishing a mechanism to promote the synergistic development of agricultural green development level and development efficiency.
