粮食安全背景下高校科技人才培养机制研究

Research on the Training Mechanism of Scientific and Technological Talents in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Food Security

粮食是人类生存的必需品,具有不可替代性。粮食安全已成为国家经济发展和社会稳定的决定性基础。目前粮食安全仍然面临诸多挑战,需要依靠科技来实现创新突破,靠专业人才去攻关。在粮食安全背景下,南京财经大学作为中国为数不多的涉粮院校,粮食类专业是特色,培养粮食科技人才是时代赋予的使命。文章以培养社会需求的科技人才为核心,从树立科技人才优先发展的战略、建立有效的人才引进政策、人才培育以创新为先导、健全人才激励机制等方面加强科技人才培养。

Food is a necessity for human survival, which is irreplaceable. Food security has become the decisive basis for national economic development and social stability. Food security still faces many challenges. We need to rely on science and technology to achieve innovative breakthroughs and rely on professionals to tackle key problems. In the context of food security, Nanjing University of Finance and economics, as one of the few grain related universities in China, has grain majors as its characteristics. It is the mission entrusted by the times to cultivate grain scientific and technological talents. Focusing on the cultivation of scientific and technological talents required by society, this paper strengthens the cultivation of scientific and technological talents from the aspects of establishing the strategy of giving priority to the development of scientific and technological talents, establishing effective talent introduction policies, taking innovation as the guide, and perfecting the talent incentive mechanism.
