摘要
企业的健康发展离不开与之匹配的人力资源管理机制。近年来,国有粮食仓储企业人力资源管理模式因不能很好地适应市场需求变化,成为企业发展的相对薄弱环节。文章分析了粮食仓储企业人力资源管理存在的主要问题,提出国有粮食仓储企业应着眼提高用工管理的科学性与合理性,适时调整用工管理策略和举措,提升企业人事管理的效率和质量水平,确保人力资源得以合理应用。
The healthy development of an enterprise is inseparable from the matching human resource management mechanism. In recent years, the human resource management model of national grain storage enterprises has become a relatively weak link in the development of enterprises because it can not adapt to the change of market demand. Therefore, this paper analyzes the main problems of human resource management in grain storage enterprises, puts forward that national grain storage enterprises should focus on improving the science and rationality of employment management, adjust employment management strategies and measures timely, improve the efficiency and quality of enterprise personnel management, and ensure the rational use of human resources.
