南通市售大米重金属监测结果及健康风险评估 被引量:2

Monitoring Results and Health Risk Assessment of Heavy Metals in Rice Sold in Nantong

摘要 为调查2019—2021年南通市售大米中镉、铬、铅、总汞、无机砷污染情况,评价重金属镉、铬、铅经大米途径摄入的健康风险。实验通过检测2019—2021年南通146份市售大米中重金属镉、铬、铅、总汞、无机砷含量,参照美国环境保护署(USEPA)推荐的健康风险评估模型,对南通居民因食用大米而暴露于铅、镉、铬的健康风险进行评估。结果表明,大米中镉、铬、铅、总汞、无机砷平均含量分别为0.014 9、0.176 3、0.032 1、0.003 4、0.089 0 mg/kg。不同性别及不同年龄人群铅、镉、铬的目标危险系数(THQ)均小于1,其中4~7岁人群的3种元素THQ值均大于其他人群,铬的数值为0.650,有潜在健康风险,因此需要特别关注。 In order to investigate the pollution levels of lead(Pb), cadmium(Cd), chromium(Cr), total mercury and inorganic arsenic in rice sold in Nantong from 2019 to 2021, the health risk of heavy metals Pb, Cd and Cr intake through rice route was evaluated. In this study, the contents of cadmium, chromium, lead, total mercury and inorganic arsenic in 146 commercial rice samples in Nantong from 2019 to 2021 were detected. According to the health risk assessment model recommended by the United States Environmental Protection Agency(USEPA),the health risks of local residents exposed to Pb, Cd and Cr due to eating rice were evaluated. The results showed that the average contents of cadmium, chromium, lead, total mercury and inorganic arsenic in rice were 0.014 9,0.176 3, 0.032 1, 0.003 4 and 0.089 0 mg/kg, respectively. The target hazard quotients(THQ) of Pb, Cd and Cr in different genders and ages are all less than 1. The THQ values of the three elements in the population aged 4-7 are all greater than those in other groups, and the value of Cr is 0.650, which has potential health risks. Therefore, it is necessary to pay special attention.
