摘要
通过AVL FIRE软件仿真分析了利用Creo绘制的发动机进气道模型,以3D打印的气道芯盒及AVL Tippelmann台架试验进行了辅助验证,研究了汽油发动机进气道不同参数对流量系数、滚流比的影响。通过不同进气道参数的匹配,选出了一款性能优良的进气道。
The engine inlet port model created by Creo was simulated and analyzed by AVL FIRE software. The 3D-printed flow box and AVL Tippelmann bench test were used for auxiliary verification to study the influence of different inlet port parameters of gasoline engine on flow coefficiency and tumble ratio. Through the matching of different inlet port parameters, a kind of inlet port with excellent performance was selected.
