摘要
利用便携式排放测试设备(PEMS)在一辆城市用插电式混合动力(PHEV)客车上进行了高、低SOC状态下的城市实际道路能耗与排放测试,结果表明,与高SOC状态相比,在低SOC状态下,发动机会立即给电池充电,能耗增加4.39 L/100 km,车辆平均起动次数减少0.63次/km,平均排气温度升高14.3℃,CO排放降低18.9%,NO_(x)排放升高45.1%。PHEV城市客车由于有电机驱动,车速在20 km/h以内时,车辆的油耗和排放都较低;高油耗和高排放主要分布在车速为20~60 km/h、加速度为-0.5~0.5 m/s^(2)区域。
The effects of high and low SOC of a large Plug-in hybrid bus on its fuel consumption and emissions with typical city-bus driving cycle in china are studied by using portable emission measurement system(PEMS). The results show that, at low SOC, the engine immediately charges the battery, and fuel consumption increased by 4.39 L/100 km over the entire driving cycle compared to the high SOC state.The average start times and average exhaust temperature of the engine in high SOC state are 0.63 times/km more and 14.3 ℃ lower than those in low SOC state, respectively, the CO emission increases by18.9%, but NO_(x)emission decreases by 45.1%. The vehicle’s fuel consumption and emissions are low because the vehicle is mainly driven by motor when the speed is less than 20 km/h. The high fuel consumption and emission are mainly distributed in the speed of 20~60 km/h and the acceleration of the speed is between-0.5 ~0.5 m/s^(2). These operating condition areas are recommended to be given special attention when testing.
