国六柴油车远程排放监测数据项间相关性特征研究

Research on the Pearson Correlation Coefficient Characteristics between Data Items of Emission Monitoring of China Ⅵ Diesel Vehicles

远程排放监测技术是治理柴油车排放超标的重要技术手段,其监管效果受到上传监测平台的被监测柴油车数据质量的影响。基于重型车排放监测平台收集的100台某型号国六柴油车监测数据,对其中的发动机排放相关数据进行数据项两两之间Pearson相关系数统计分析。结果表明:当数据项间的Pearson相关系数平均值的绝对值达到强相关程度时,数据项之间的Pearson相关系数分布集中趋势显著,且存在Pearson相关系数下边界。该特征能够用于开发上传远程监测平台的国六柴油车数据项的数据质量监测算法。

Remote emission monitoring technology is an important technical means to control excessive emissions of diesel vehicles, but its monitoring effect is affected by the quality of the data uploaded to the monitoring platform by the monitored diesel vehicles. This paper is based on the monitoring data of 100China Ⅵ diesel vehicles of a certain type collected by the heavy-duty vehicle emission monitoring platform, and carries out a statistical analysis of the Pearson correlation coefficient between the two data items in the engine emission related data. The results show that: when the absolute value of the average value of the Pearson correlation coefficient between the data items reaches a strong correlation degree, the Pearson correlation coefficient distribution between the data items has a significant central tendency, and there is a lower boundary of the Pearson correlation coefficient. This Characteristic can be used for Data quality monitoring algorithm development for data items on the remote monitoring platform of the China Ⅵ diesel vehicle upload.
