摘要
为研究建筑火灾人员被困情况下,消防内攻搜救队伍采取最佳的组合模式实施高效救援,本文在调研消防救援队内攻搜救模式现状基础上,采用多目标规划方法,对内攻搜救实施阶段的行进、破拆、搜寻与救助等行动环节进行优化计算,提出基于多目标优化的消防内攻搜救组合模型;结合建筑火灾实例,利用定性定量分析方法验证内攻搜救组合模型的实践应用效果。结果表明:在建筑火灾现场有被困人员情况下,消防救援人员应根据实际,科学选择内攻行进路线、破拆手段、搜寻和救助方法,在最短时间内搜救出更多被困人员,此模型可为消防救援队伍的实战救援提供参考。
In order to study the optimized combination mode for firefighting inner rescue to be taken by the fire protection and rescue teams to carry out the operation efficiently in the case of trapped people under the building fire,in this paper,on the basis of the current situation investigation of the mode for firefighting inner rescue by fire protection teams,the multi-objective programming method was used to calculate optimally the links such as march,forcible entry,search and assistance during inner firefighting and rescue implement.A combination mode for firefighting inner rescue was proposed based on the multi-objective optimization.The qualitative and quantitative methods were used to verify the practical application effect of the model combining with the actual building fire cases.The results show that in the case of trapped people under the building fire,firefighters should scientifically choose inner attack routes,forcible entry means,and search and rescue methods according to the actual situation,and search and rescue more trapped people as quickly as possible.The model can provide reference for guiding the actual rescue of fire protection and rescue teams.
