新工科背景下地方本科院校人才培养模式研究——以计算机科学与技术专业为例 被引量:3

摘要 新工科建设赋予了高等教育由精英教育向大众教育转型的新内涵,地方本科院校在人才培养模式面临诸多挑战。地方本科院校要服务区域市场需求,结合自身办学现状,明确培养目标,主动求变,推动人才培养高质量发展。以计算机科学与技术专业为例,从理论课程教学体系、实践教学体系、师资队伍建设、多方位协同育人机制、质量保障体系进行了探索并取得一定的实效。 The construction of new engineering has given a new connotation to the transformation of higher education from elite education to mass education. Local universities face many challenges in talent training mode. Local universities should serve the regional market demand, combined with their own school status, clear training objectives, take the initiative to change, and promote the high-quality development of talent training. Taking the computer science and technology specialty as an example,this paper explores the theoretical course teaching system, practical teaching system, teaching staff construction, multi-directional cooperative education mechanism and quality assurance system, and achieves certain results.
