摘要 针对目前水泵测试系统存在的自动化程度低、功能单一等问题,以工控机为载体,基于上位机与下位机协作控制的方式,研制一套电子水泵综合性能测试系统。该电气系统下位机采用PLC控制比例阀和真空泵等电气元件,完成测试流程控制;采用温控仪控制加热棒工作,可自动调节测试介质温度;基于研华高精度数据采集模块采集传感器数据并传输给上位机;上位机以LabVIEW为平台开发测试系统软件,实现数据交互、数据处理、报表生成等功能。结果表明:该系统可实现不同功率的电子水泵在各温度条件下的流量-扬程、流量-功率、流量-汽蚀余量等性能的高度自动化测试。 In view of the problems of low automation degree and single function of the current water pump test system,with the industrial control machine as the carrier,an electronic water pump performance test system was developed based on the cooperative control mode of upper computer and lower computer.In the lower computer of the electrical system,PLC was adopted to control the proportional valve,vacuum pump and other electrical components to control the test process;the temperature controller was used to heat rods,by which the temperature of the test medium could be automatically adjusted;sensor data were collected and transmitted to the upper computer based on Advantech high-precision data acquisition module;in the upper computer,LabVIEW was taken as the platform to develop test system software to realize data interaction,data processing and report generation.The results show that the system can be used to realize the highly automatic testing of flow-head,flow-power,flow-cavitation allowance and other performance curves of different power electronic water pumps at different temperature.
