负负载工况下打捆机举升机构的机液联合仿真 被引量:2

摘要 以高线打捆机的举升机构为研究对象,为验证所设计的液压系统能否很好地平衡液压缸回程时产生的负负载,同时验证液压缸驱动力是否满足要求,利用MATLAB/Simscape工具箱中的Multibody和Fluids模块,建立高线打捆机举升机构机液联合仿真模型,并进行仿真实验。结果表明:联合仿真能很好地模拟出举升机构回程时在液压系统控制下的液压缸驱动力变化,液压系统对负负载的平衡是有效的,液压缸在运动全程中的驱动力也满足要求,验证了设计的合理性。 Taking the lifting mechanism of the high-speed wire strapping machine as the research object,in order to verify whether the designed hydraulic system can well balance the negative load generated during the return stroke of the hydraulic cylinder,and to verify whether the designed hydraulic cylinder driving force meets the requirements,the Multibody and Fluids modules in the MATLAB/Simscape toolbox were used to establish the mechanical-hydraulic co-simulation model of the lifting mechanism of the high-speed wire strapping machine and the simulation experiment was carried out.The results show that through the co-simulation,the driving force change of the hydraulic cylinder under the control of the hydraulic system during the lifting mechanism return stroke can be simulated well,the change in the driving force of the hydraulic cylinder indicates that the hydraulic system is effective in balancing the negative load,and the driving force of the hydraulic cylinder during the entire movement also meets the requirements,which verifies the rationality of the design.
